疲れた体にこれが効く！？ガーネットでパワーチャージ

このところ、仕事が忙しくてかなりぐったりしています。
この忙しさは当分続く予定なので、体力が続くのか心配になってきました。
そんなとき、自然とガーネットを手に取っていました。
最近はいつも、ペリドットのペンダントトップをつけていたのですが、
昨日からガーネットのペンダントトップとガーネットのピアスを身につけています。
疲れ、と一口に言ってもいろいろな疲れがありますよね。
心が疲れていて癒されたい時もあれば、体がクタクタでエネルギーが足りないとか
心身ともに疲れてとにかく休みたいとかいうことも．．．。
不思議とそのときどきで選ぶ石も違うものです。
わたしは心の疲れのときはラリマーを選ぶことが多いですね。
今回みたいに、疲れているけどまだしばらく頑張らなくては、というときにガーネット
を選ぶというのも、石の意味を考えれば納得がいきます。
ガーネットは癒しよりも、元気を与えるパワーの方が強いからです。
身につけるとなんだか闘志がわいてくる感じ、とでもいいましょうか。
石の意味なんか知らなくても、そのときに必要な石に、人はなんとなく
惹きつけられる。不思議ですよね。
